- EEEliseSep 28, 20261.0Please slow down when delivering packages and other mail. We use the cluster mailboxes and every week we are receiving the wrong mail in our personal mail box or in the large physical key entry mailboxes. This causes confusion and inconveniences to the residents. Please slow down, double check the house addresses, and be thorough in delivering mail. Thank you

We have cameras outside our house and aren't afraid to dispute or bring disciplinary action to those involved in not bringing a positive solution to the matter. MULTIPLE TIMES we've had drivers just driving by without delivering mail because our house is the last on the street. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Julia, and now Kim, have horrible customer service and like to return packages to sender even with correct address info on the package. Good luck getting anything delivered correctly or getting even remotely okay customer service. They like to talk down on you with the worst attitude known to man. Never had such an issue with any usps store until now. Don’t let them fool you. They hate their job and probably hate you too
