- RHRamiz HatimiJul 17, 20261.0I would like to leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer care, the office does not answer their phone. Also in person they just tell you to go online and figure it out. What is the purpose of in person support when the personal service relies on online service? They don’t have the customers back.

I’ve called maybe 15-20 times the last two days and the call goes through and rings and you can hear someone remove it from the phone hunk and ignore it. I will be up there today to discuss the issue of them delivering a $1000 dollar package to the wrong address and then becoming impossible to get a hold of.
