Came in to ship a package - had to sit through 5-6 different prices while I kept asking for the least expensive. They actually tried to push me into a $50 shipping that would be guaranteed on Wed and we finally landed on $22 that is expected on Tues. I told them I'm in no rush at the beginning and wanted the least expensive option... but the lady working Friday (10/02 at about 4:45pm) didn't listen. And I understand guaranteed is different than expected. But maybe your people could actually learn to listen instead of trying to be salespeople? Went to this location due to it being near Kroger, will go back to Carmel location next to Academy - at least there they don't get rude when you persist for ground option like they did here.

I called to inquire about notary services. The person I spoke to (Jacob) told me that they would have to know what the document was in its entirety and a “legal document” wasn’t a sufficient answer. Notary’s are to validate the signature, not read the document!!!!

Paid over $4 to print a shipping label. On regular white paper. Other copies cost $0.40 but the owner of this location marks up label printing.

This store has really fallen off this year. Every time I go in now there is 1 person working and a line out the door. Half the folks in line leave before it's their turn because it's such a time suck.
