When I told her that I have it shipped that way all the time, she said she would send out an email to all of the other post offices in the area to correct them. I drove to the Terre Haute office and asked for the same thing. He said no problem at all. When I told him what happened, he said they get complaints on her all the time. Don't waste your time here unless you are just dropping off a letter. If it is any type of package at all, go elsewhere. As the guy at the Terre Haute post office said, the West Terre Haute office should be shut down with the customer service they refuse to provide......
