  They don't know how to prioritize people who would take just 15s to drop off. A bunch of people had to wait 20+ minutes just for them to pack someone's stuff. No one knows how long the packing would take except them.

  Did an Amazon return here for a mattress. It took an unusually long time (15+ days) for the item to reach Amazon, but what they received wasn’t the mattress. Had to call Amazon to dispute because all I had was the return receipt as proof. Amazon did agree to refund me. Next time, I will take a picture of the item in the store with the received receipt.

  They charged me $15 for just a 8”x8” cardboard box. When the attendant told me it would be $15 I thought that would include the box and shipping, but that was just for the box. A friend that works for another UPS location confirmed they over charged for the box.
