- SMSu MenefeeApr 1, 20261.0Mailed a package on3/26/26 to my granddaughter in Florida. They said it should arrive on 3/31/26 but on 4/1 it was “miss shipped” and it’s now in Chicago and there is “nothing they can do”. Can’t get my money back, granddaughter doesn’t get her present and they didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience! Then of course they won’t answer the phone! I’m never use them for packages again. No wonder they are going broke

Well apparently no one actually works there because they never answer the phone. Calling different days and different times, during their listed business hours, yields the same result: no answer. Absolutely terrible service. I genuinely wish there was a way to never have to deal with the USPS again.
