  Literally every worker here is so sweet from the older lady that’s here often to the young blonde boy always such polite workers and funny .. they always make my drop offs super easy..

  I’ve mainly just done Amazon returns here but the staff are really good and get you out of there quickly

  I take my Amazon and other packages to ups in Terre Haute, In They are always quick to answer questions and mail out other packages for me.

  I sent my father in to hopefully have this store help him. Informed the guy I would be insuring and sent my label. The inept employee packed a box with cast iron pans. Using a single piece of bubble wrap in between each pan and about three pieces on the top. He Failed to cut box and add extra packing material to ensure around a 90 yr old skillet plus about 5 other pans would make it thru the system. Thanks to poor packing UPS denied claim due improper packing. Now I'm out a family heirlooms. Called the store and spoke to the "manager" he was really disingenuous in his replies. Just keep trying. Due to your store's negligence I will be filing complaints with UPS.

  The male associate at this location made a rude and sarcastic comment to me. I entered the store on September 24, 2026 at approx 245 PM., and asked if I could leave a pre-stamped and packaged, package at this location. I am new to the area and I did not know the location of the post office. I advised the associate, that I was new to the area and was unsure of the procedures. He immediately stated, The Post office has been around for 100 years....His statement embarrassed me because there were other customers in the store. Please let the associate know, even though I may have asked a stupid question, He did not need to embarrass me.
