As a 78-year-old customer, I was incredibly disappointed by the complete lack of effort from the first two employees I encountered. The first girl barely mumbled an answer without standing up, forcing me to ask twice just to understand where to go. After walking across the store, the second girl—who was sitting on a stool—told me the return counter was actually three steps over. Instead of standing up to help me move the heavy box across the same connected counter, she just watched me carry it.Thankfully, my experience completely changed when I met Ryan at the final counter. Ryan, who appeared to be a high school student, was standing up and working his heart out. He immediately said, "I'll be with you in a moment, ma'am," finished his task, and took care of my return with a sweet, polite attitude. Bravo to Ryan's parents for raising such a hard worker. If this store is looking for its next manager, it should be Ryan. He deserves recognition for saving an otherwise terrible customer service experience— furthermore, all my stars go to Ryan, I could not give him five because it would be confused with my overall experience, which was one star or less.
