  I absolutely LOVE this post office and the amazing women who work here. First, Rosemary aka “Ms. Pearl.” We call each other Ms. Pearl because we both wear pearls, and she is truly one of the sweetest people you could meet. She’s down to earth, compassionate, professional, and always treats people with kindness and respect. Keli is also an absolute sweetheart. She is always willing to help, goes the extra mile, and genuinely cares about the customers she serves. And Tanika has been there for years, and every interaction with her has been pleasant. She’s courteous, patient, helpful, and always willing to offer great advice when needed. The attitudes and customer service at this location are top tier. Now let’s be honest people expect to run into the post office and get right back out, but these employees are handling mail, packages, long lines, and multiple personalities every single day. Sometimes there’s only one person working, yet they still move as fast as they can while remaining professional and patient. That deserves recognition. I truly appreciate all of them and the service they provide. I actually drive almost 20 minutes across town just to come to this location now because over the years, I built a personal connection with them while conducting business here regularly. That says a lot. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, and professionalism. I will continue mailing my packages from this location because great customer service like this is hard to find.

  Was just in to send off some documents for my job-something I’ve never had to do before so I wasn’t sure of the process- and the girl had an awful attitude with me for no reason. Slapped the priority mail envelope on the counter like she was pissed at me for asking for it when I didn’t see them out anywhere. Told me to fill out the addresses with an attitude and then walked away. Her tone was just all around rude and disrespectful. But the gentleman with glasses that helped me after I filled out what I needed to was very pleasant and informative and genuinely nice. I didn’t catch a name but he was clerk 22. As someone who works in customer service, you guys need more people like him, and less people like her. There was no reason for her rudeness, but his kindness was super appreciated!!

  Keli- Where do I begin.. Lets start with having a professional attitude. Learn a better toolbox of words. You work for the post office not on a street corner!

  Had a small amount of snow in front of mailbox, driver didn't deliver mail for over a week. Went to post office to see what was wrong, they said nothing. Finally got a hold of driver he said the snow was too high to drive through, yet he never left a note in box saying so or left a notice at post office. If he had I would have cleared a path. Total ignorance!! Use your head for more than a hat rack!!

  I'm giving them a single star because: 1) They were only accepting debit cards, but did not post any sign or tell anyone. Waited in line for 30 minutes before finding out. 2) They called wait tickets out of order (e.g., called 25 before 20, even though 20 arrived before 25).
