- FLFlight24 LogisticsMay 11, 20261.0I would give them a 0 star, I Went to renew my wife's passport and also get a passport for my son, my wife got there before me then I got there a few minutes after her cause I was on my lunch break from work they only renewed my wife's passport and refused us to do our son's paperwork cause I didn't come in the building with my wife. I could not believe it I just walked outside cause I didn't want any confrontation with. They don't care and they are very RUDE especially that guy called TOM so unprofessional.

I was supposed to get my packages within 2 days of it being shipped. No one answers the phone 😒 I just want my packages to move already this location is 3 hours away from me it should not take this long to move my boxes.
