I came in simply seeking an update on a live poultry shipment that had already been accepted and entered into the USPS system. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told I would be fined for shipping the chicks via Priority Mail. When I asked for the specific USPS regulation supporting this action, I was not provided with clear documentation. As someone who relies on USPS services for my business, I expect employees to be able to explain policies and provide accurate information when enforcing them. The interaction left me feeling that customer concerns were not being taken seriously and that there was confusion regarding current live animal shipping policies. I hope management reviews employee training and ensures customers are treated professionally and provided with clear, consistent information and not empty threats.

- FLFlight24 LogisticsMay 11, 20261.0I would give them a 0 star, I Went to renew my wife's passport and also get a passport for my son, my wife got there before me then I got there a few minutes after her cause I was on my lunch break from work they only renewed my wife's passport and refused us to do our son's paperwork cause I didn't come in the building with my wife. I could not believe it I just walked outside cause I didn't want any confrontation with. They don't care and they are very RUDE especially that guy called TOM so unprofessional.
