I’ve been a customer at this particular post office location for over 10 years, and I am extremely cordial to every single person behind the counter. I frequently send magic cards overseas with tracking, and I’ve never had a problem with any other worker. I’ll start by saying despite me still being friendly with Deb at this location, every single time I come in she bends my bubble mailer packages for no reason. I remind her every time and she still does it. The second to last time I came in and she waited on me she bent my bubble mailer again, and I tried to send a package overseas to France and asked for the cheapest form of tracking available. It’s usually in between $22 and $25, and she told me the cheapest form of tracking available was $48. I told her the last time I came in it was half the price and she said, “The prices can change frequently”. I told her that was a very significant amount to change within 2 days of me being there the last time, and she said “If you have someone else wait on you, it’s going to be the same price.” I came in 20 minutes later and had someone else wait on me, and the cheapest form of tracking available was $24. So she tried to charge me double the price because she clearly doesn’t know how to do her job properly, and then proceeded to argue with me that there was no cheaper form available, and wasted 40 minutes of my time by making me drive back. I came into this location again today and Deb waited on me. I was trying to send a bubble mailer package to Singapore, and she started by bending my bubble mailer package as usual. She calls me by my name every time, and still bends my package every single time. She then told me my bubble mailer wasn’t gonna work because she couldn’t read it, despite it being very clear and legible. She then said that with it being a small bubble mailer the customs form sticker wasn’t going to fit on it, despite me having sent small bubble mailers overseas well over 100 times at this location specifically. After me telling her it was going to fit which she should be well aware of, and despite her essentially attempting to decline my business the entire transaction, I told her I wanted the cheapest form of tracking available. She then proceeded to tell me again that the cheapest form available was $47. I told her she must be doing something wrong, because the last time we had this problem I came in 20 minutes later and it was $24. She argued with me again about it despite her clearly being wrong and turned her screen towards me and said, “Can you read the computer?” I didn’t raise my voice or say anything rude and she got defensive because she doesn’t know how to do her job properly. I just told her “I’ll just come in another time”, and left. There’s no other worker at that location that bend my packages, makes it a hassle every time, or tries to charge me $47 for cheapest form of tracking overseas. I went to a different location than usual right after that and told the worker that I wanted to send my bubble mailer to Singapore with the cheapest form of tracking available. She told me the total was $22.25, just like every single other person that waits on me. I’ve had at least 10 other people wait on me for sending bubble mailers overseas, and she is the only person that for some reason doesn’t know how to properly charge me for it. Deb has wasted over an hour of my time and gas money at this point, and I just have to either have someone else wait on me or go somewhere else if she’s the only person on register at the time. She’s also clearly overcharging customers and taking advantage of customers that don’t know better. She’s been there for years and should definitely know how to process sending packages with tracking overseas properly. I’ve never had a problem with a single other worker, and I’m highly dissatisfied every single time Deb waits me.

Lady in the far left window didn't seem interested in helping in any way. Wouldn't answer any questions and seemed like she expected me to know what the delivery expectations were for each shipping option. I'm sorry. I don't work for the post office. You do. If you can't or don't want to answer straight-forward questions about the options available it's probably time for you to find a different job because you aren't very good at this one. Public money at it's finest.

I have never had an issue with this location. The ladies that run the front desk are always super helpful. Even seeming like they are short staffed only having one open window out of like 4 or 5 I have never had to wait longer that 7-10 minutes and that time there was 5 people in front of me in line. And even after having to deal with all those people a few of which were just downright impolite and overall nasty to deal with the ladies always seem to be very pleasant with and at least have a smile for part of my interaction with them. The only complaint I have is about the parking lot. The way the spaces at angled it can be a pain to back out and see if something is coming into the from behind you. I have also seen numerous people screw up the exit only and enter thru there causing backups. But that’s more on the driver than the post office.
