  Great experience using this UPS location for my shipping needs , the staff was friendly and made shipping my package quick and easy . The store was clean , well organized and welcoming . I’d recommend this location for their amazing customer service .

  Excellent experience with this UPS Store. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They were welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was handled properly. The service was fast, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. It is great to see a team that genuinely cares about customers and provides such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

  I am very disappointed with the service my husband and I received at this UPS Store. We came in to have an important legal document notarized, and the employee who identified herself as the manager did not appear to understand the notarization process or how to guide us. When we asked questions because we wanted to make sure everything was completed correctly, we did not receive clear answers. Instead of helping us or explaining the process, we were made to feel like we were a burden and were essentially told to leave without receiving the service we came for. This was a very important legal document, and we needed someone who was knowledgeable and professional. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Whether or not that was the employee's intention, that is how the interaction made us feel. I hope this store provides additional training for its notaries and customer service staff so future customers are treated with patience, respect, and professionalism.

  Just close this place. Last time I had to drop something off and I had to deal with an employee throwing attitude to customers for no reason. This last time I had to visit, their system was down so they couldn’t accept my return. Ummm ok, why couldn’t you just scan it I when your system is back up. Why do I gotta waste more time and gas to make another trip when you have your stuff in order. Just close, you’re useless.
