  Being charged $3 to print a.phoyovopy of the prepaid label I am forced to use for an online vendor's return is garbage. I hate this store and the other in Mishawaka since they both were bought out.

  My boyfriend and I had a very large package that we were pulling out of our car... In the background I could hear someone saying I'm coming I'm coming and I could hear the sound of wheels. I turn around and it is a UPS employee who saw us taking this heavy item out of the car and he was running to greet us with a cart. Keep in mind it is a very hot muggy day today and even though we might not have looked as if we were struggling... We were lol this gentleman who I learned is named Sirag helped load this item onto the cart and into the store with no problems... He was energetic, smiling, and extremely helpful. I have used this location many many times and this particular gentleman has always been outstanding but today he literally went above and beyond and I want to make sure he is recognized as being a huge asset to this location and this company. Thank you so much Sirag!!!

  Went in to drop off a package with my teenage son this evening. The man who interacted with us had a huge grin and engaged my son. We left and my son said, "That guy is awesome!" Customer service was great!

  Hands down The Best UPS Store in America. I walked in expecting a quick errand and walked out smiling. The team here brings incredible energy, treats customers like they actually enjoy helping, and somehow keeps the whole process fast and seamless at the same time. Customer service like this is rare these days. Huge shoutout to the crew for making shipping packages feel like a positive experience. Keep doing what you're doing.
