I’ve been shopping at Staples for years, and it’s always been a reliable place for office supplies and printing. The store is clean, well organized, and it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. The employees have always been friendly and willing to help when I have questions, especially in the print department. I also like that they carry more than just office supplies, so I can usually take care of everything in one trip. Overall, it’s a great store with good customer service, and I’ll definitely keep coming back

there was a white lady with brown short not too long probably on the shoulder length hair working by herself up front doing Amazon and taking regular orders and instead of going one by one like she should have like she did with the other white lady that was in front of the black lady she took two white ladies first I felt extremely discriminated against please either a retrain this lady or b fire her right is right wrong is wrong customers are customers regardless of their skin tone

I needed two sheets of paper cut to 24” x 33” for a project nothing special just basic white paper….they quoted me $76. I had a small local print company help me out. Your figure a place that specializes in this stuff would be have been able to find someway to help.

We drove an hour to get here on Saturday and our order was to be completed the next day. Fine. We said we would come back with a modified file to print from because they had issues printing the file correctly and we decided to do another size instead. On Saturday no one told us that we needed to place our order before noon for it to print the same day. So here we are on Sunday and the "print supervisor" who was promised to help us on Saturday basically turns us away without offering any help on the second half of our order. So now we are out 4 hours of driving and not able to use our coupon because the supervisor split our order. Policy sounds made up because we printed same day on Saturday after 2pm. Also, our Saturday order was not ready by 1pm on Sunday and we still had to wait. Do not go here to print. Prints were very dark as well.
