I have had business cards printed twice with a great outcome. I have also used their shipping services which were top-notch.

I will never use FedEx again. I was supposed to have next day delivery and it’s going on 3 days and still have not received my package. From South bend to Bloomington. I am so disappointed. Never again.

Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been professional, and day-to-day operations are usually fine. That said, last year I had a single experience with a new dimensional-weight upcharge a few days later on a FedEx outbound shipment that completely broke my trust in the store. I shipped a package using the exact same dimensions and weight that FedEx had just used for the inbound leg of that shipment. Nothing changed. Same box, same contents, same measurements. The outbound delivery only went two counties south, yet after the fact I was hit with a $50 dimensional-weight adjustment. That wiped out the entire margin on the order and put the transaction at a loss; a total waste of time. The irony is that 90% of my business involves inbound freight and ground shipments, so I’m very familiar with how carriers measure and bill… unpredictable post-shipment correction that made it impossible to rely on the quoted cost. And absolutely zero recourse. One incident was enough. When outbound shipping can retroactively destroy your economics even when you follow the rules, it undermines confidence in the entire system.

I received my package today where was left in the driveway not on my porch. The box was damaged in several different places. I’m not sure why they thought this was the best company to use when shipping this type of item.
