- MPMINH P.Jul 23, 20261.0I couldn’t find a USPS location with consistently good reviews (always with 2-3 stars or less). Unfortunately, my experience at this location was no different. The young woman (she already received multiple bad reviews about her on this same Google review section) and the heavier-set gentleman I interacted with were unfriendly and unprofessional. Since USPS employees are there to assist customers with their mail and packages, I expected a more respectful and helpful attitude. I understand customer service can be challenging, but treating people with courtesy and professionalism should always be the standard. I hope USPS takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the experience at this location.
