The young woman (she already received multiple bad reviews about her on this same Google review section) and the heavier-set gentleman I interacted with were unfriendly and unprofessional. Since USPS employees are there to assist customers with their mail and packages, I expected a more respectful and helpful attitude. I understand customer service can be challenging, but treating people with courtesy and professionalism should always be the standard. I hope USPS takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the experience at this location.
