- KDKaren D'AmicoJun 23, 20261.0Today, as I dropped mail off at Rochester Post Office I asked to speak with the post master about a USPS matter. The young lady at the counter told me that the Post Master wasn’t in and she was working at the Akron Post Office. The young lady at the counter ask me if I’d like to speak with the supervisor, i replied, sure. The male supervisor was just behind the wall because I heard the young lady tell him that I needed assistance. The young lady then came back to the counter and told me that the supervisor said he’d be busy all day and refused to assist me. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. That gentleman should NOT be in the position he’s in. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but this happened today between 12:00-1:00 on 6/23/26. In reference for the post master if she reads this post. Thank you

- TMTinisha McClellanAug 16, 20182.0The mail never is delivered every day at the same time. Some days 10 am -1 pm and other days you’re waiting 3:30 or longer! It’s a mess. On top of they crazy delivery times if you call the office to ask if the mail is running slow or just didn’t stop at your address, you have an hour wait on hold or they tell you they’ll call YOU back in an hour!!! Ugh so frustrating!

Sometimes we even make the ridiculous mistake to pay for 2-day shipping. I say ridiculous because when the packages arrive to this post office some how they stop moving for any where between 5 days and 2 weeks. Funny how they can ship accross seas and countries in under 2 days and then take so much time to travel 3 blocks. Prescriptions, gifts, parts, usually things we need rather rapidly. We have been left completely hanging without so much as a phone call or reason as to why the package has been held for such an incredibly long time period. But at least when we finally do receive our mail it has been torn or partly opened. 0 stars and 100% annoyance
