- KDKaren D'AmicoJun 23, 20261.0Today, as I dropped mail off at Rochester Post Office I asked to speak with the post master about a USPS matter. The young lady at the counter told me that the Post Master wasn’t in and she was working at the Akron Post Office. The young lady at the counter ask me if I’d like to speak with the supervisor, i replied, sure. The male supervisor was just behind the wall because I heard the young lady tell him that I needed assistance. The young lady then came back to the counter and told me that the supervisor said he’d be busy all day and refused to assist me. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. That gentleman should NOT be in the position he’s in. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but this happened today between 12:00-1:00 on 6/23/26. In reference for the post master if she reads this post. Thank you

I received a package (in a locked mailbox" that had been clearly cut open with a box cutter and missing it's contents Literally stole my book and left an empty box. I've gotten no communication from this from the post office and had to call corporate. I've never had my package stolen by the mail before, and I hope noone else has to deal with this
