I’m not sure what his position is at the post office but I called in With an issue and he was very quick to help out. I could tell he was under stress and overwhelmed as it sounds like they get a lot of packages and might be understaffed. With that being said, I had a package that the wrong address was put on. He went through and found it and helped me resolve the issue before it got sent to somewhere else. This is a very important package, needing it in time for an event. I have never had anyone help me as well as this fella did at a post office before, granted I have had good service at others. Thank you so much for your help
