- LPLindsay PollardMay 9, 20263.0After driving nearly an hour to pick up a package here, I arrive to a note taped to the door- “closed for lunch 11am to 12pm.” I got here at 11:00 am. Seeing as how I live almost an hour away, driving home and coming back isn’t really an option. I’m not trying to do any shopping in Richmond, IN. I’ve checked Fedex’s website and Google- no mention of lunch hours. Thanks, I am looking forward to sitting in my car for an hour! Updating to give a few stars only because a very sweet driver saw me waiting and unlocked the door to help me so I didn’t have to wait the whole hour. Thank you FedEx driver.

Question STILL not answered and had to drive a half an hour just to be told no, and have to drive all the way home to drive all the way back again. Absolutely ridiculous.
- MDMarsheila DeBrulerDec 5, 20251.0Worst drivers ever!! I live in the country & I get home after work @ 10:15pm to find my delivery sitting in the snow in between mine & my neighbors mailboxes. When I purchased the item on line I even gave specific instructions & where to leave the item. You can see my house plainly from the road & there is plenty of space to turn around so why would the driver leave a 75lb. Parcel sitting next to the street for me @ 10:15 to figure out how I'm going to get this in my car & then in my house? If there was a way to do it I would never use FedEx for shipping!! Very displeased & livid!!
