    On Monday, we visited the store and were informed that the notary was not available. We let staff know we would return the following day. On Tuesday, we came back and made an appointment. During that visit, the notary was rude and informed us that none of the employees would act as a witness, despite the fact that we had clearly indicated in the appointment that a witness would be needed. We then made arrangements to return on Wednesday with our own witnesses, as required. Before leaving Tuesday, we specifically asked the notary for her hours, and she told us she would be available “11–3 or maybe something else depending on when she wanted to leave.” Based on that information, we scheduled another appointment. Today (Wednesday), all three of us took time off work to attend this appointment. When we arrived, the notary was not present. No one contacted us in advance to cancel or reschedule which was odd considering to make an appointment they definitely had the information they needed to contact us. A staff member called the notary while we were there, and we were simply told to come back again tomorrow. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We have now made multiple trips, rearranged our schedules, and taken time off work, only to be met with poor communication, unclear scheduling, and lack of accountability.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this location. The manager, Simarjeet Sidhu, refused to accept my parcel containing perfume, claiming it is prohibited to ship. However, this information is not clearly published anywhere and seemed to be based solely on her personal interpretation. She took about 30 minutes of my time, was dismissive, and communicated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. I expect better knowledge of shipping policies and a more respectful attitude from someone in a managerial position. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and a poor reflection of customer service standards.

    Feb 12 2026 9am The girl in the store said the new owner had a new rule that we can't print nothing now ? Pretty lousey service since all the other ups stores will print. Typical plymouth lazy service won't come back go to library if you need to print saved time waiting in line.

    -("THE MALE WORKER PUT HIS HANDS ON ME") I went there Saturday.... The worker was a male that speaks Arabic.....he is rude as hell....had two bad experiences with him and I let it slide....but this day was the worst....I sent a package at this location but he said that I never did....he doesn't know because I sent it on a Monday when there were only 2 girls working...at the end of the day....he got so mad that he started yelling at me and cussing in front of all the customers that were there and arriving....he even put his hands on me and slapped me....then the cops got there as he lied to them too saying I was the problem....at the end of the day he didn't fix my problem....he lied....he got away with putting his hands on me....and my package never got sent....so my problem didn't get fixed.....I will never go back for their service and I wouldn't recommend them while he is there working.....now I have to call ups corporate to let them know the problem and get refund.... If I could give no stars I would.... It was so embarrassing being treated so rude and poorly...and what I cant get over is that he put his hands on me.....so I would advise to be careful with him....

    Very Unprofessional behavior from the male owner. Instead of handling a situation calmly and professionally, he chose to escalate it unnecessarily. Very disappointing customer service very rude and ugly. Do not go here
