  Awful, awful, awful print center! They are not helpful. They are slow and rude. You would be better off going anywhere else!

  When I tell you this is the WORST staples in Plainfield.....please belive me! I went to this store twice. The first time there was a line that was pretty long for the print shop. After approximately a 30 min wait, they said they couldn't help because the print person didnt show up that day. I came back the second day, and wanted a basic print of some hand bills. The lady with the purple hair and really nasty attitude told me that she would have to charge me 25 dollars per sheet of paper, and that she would recommend that I go to office depot. I had to beg her to give me the prices because she said she was backed up for 2 days and it's only her. Why do you keep the print area so short staffed. Why not hire according to the demand. Basically, she was simply trying to get us out of the store and saying everything she could to deter us from placing an order. I also saw a guy blowing up balloons for a guys and his maybe 6 year old son being very rude to them. What an awful store! Avoid this one if you can, it not worth the utter lack of customer service.

  Guy was rude and couldn’t give me reciept for Amazon return… thought that was weird kohls and ups always does no questions asked

  Probably the worst customer service experience ever, refused to blow up 3 balloons because she said “I have to be somewhere” they closed in 8 minutes terrible employees. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

  I went in to buy one item. Check out was being run by an older man with white hair. He asked me to put my rewards number in and I said very nicely “oh no thanks, I don’t have one”. He asked if I wanted to sign up, again I very nicely said “no thank you”. He then scoffs at me and shakes his head and says rudely “I will never understand why people don’t want free money.” I didn’t say anything in response, so he took this as a sign to keep talking. “In my short 50 years of working this is the best rewards program I have ever seen”. I reply with an “mhmm”. He continued to shake his head at me and mumble and grumble until I was done checking out. It’s not that deep, this is a staples. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
