This is the most pathetic post office ever. I’ve had my mail say “delivered” but it’s no where to be found. When I went in to ask about it, they told me to wait on the side out of the way so I could speak with their manager and I had to wait 45 minutes because they forgot about me. They told me they would send the lady back out who delivered it to look and that they would contact me. Never contacted me. I felt like an inconvenience to be there when THEY misplaced MY MAIL! I wish there was a way NOT to us USPS.

I had 2 pieces of very important mail that was supposed to be delivered nearly 2 weeks ago. The mail carrier for neighborhoods in the area is constantly delivering the wrong mail, refusing to deliver even when cars aren’t blocking the mailboxes, etc. This is the second time that important pieces of mail have gone missing. The lady on the line that was spoken with claimed to look for the mail and speak with the carrier, then said she would call back. She never did. When called today, she claimed she spoke to the mail carrier who responded “everything on my route has been delivered to that address”. I think it went missing because for multiple days he was not delivering mail to our address, including the same date it was claimed to be “delivered” due to a car parked nearby (atleast we think, the car was NOT blocking the mailbox, he is just lazy), to which the lady on the phone also said should not prevent him from delivering mail. Need to hire better carriers and more competent staff.

Must have been an off day. 3 employees there only one was helping anyone. The other guy was stuffing letters and ignoring the line. Multiple employees can out from the back then disappear. One guy came out and said something the two at the desk didn’t seem to take as a complement. Then after 15 minutes the lady behind the counter appeared to be leaving and told the guy stuffing envelopes maybe he should take care of the people in line instead of just staring at them, then she left. Super unprofessional staff. Will stick to the Carmel location for any needs

I do not understand why no matter what time of the day the lines are so long and only one person working the front desk. I came in on a Tues at 2p and 9-12 people standing in line. Like this the last time I was here. Makes me want to go back to my small home town if they would just stay open later. Ridiculous.

Very helpful staff. Claire, Taylor, and another gentleman were very helpful today with a large shipment I needed to get out. Even with the rain, they were outside helping me get things situated. Thank you all for your help.
