- KLKatina Washington LLCSep 2, 20261.0Horrible is an understatement. I’d challenge management to roll the tape back (9/2/26 from 3 to 3:30 pm and see how I was treated during my visit. Never again. This location does not represent UPS well and I will be moving most of my shipments to FedEx because of this experience. Never once greeted me or even asked if I needed boxes. Just RUDE. Update - Now I have been made aware that UPS locations are individually owned. I will steal Support UPS just not this one which is closest to my home. I will drive a further distance to be treated as if I am appreciated. All of the reviews on here that say they were treated rude. I experienced it first hand. And to have so many reviews with the same complaint is jarring.
