- CSChristian SterlingMar 28, 20261.0This is the absolute worst I've ever experienced with anything. I've waited for 14 days still haven't received my mail. I've personally delivered my neighbors mail at least 8-10 neighbors because of how horrible they are at delivering there job. I have followed my mail all the way to them and they simple don't care that they are responsible for people receiving important papers or income it's simply not there responsibility. They need to scrap the whole office to the bones and re-staff. Get a p.o. box in a different town don't have it mailed to New Salisbury

Claiming that because we have dogs and the previous time she delivered with the dogs where he barked at her startling her and she proceeded to hit him with the package until it opened and the contents spilled out. My husband came out hearing the barking and caught her doing it. We never filed a complaint and now your just going to refuse to do you job?!?!
- DPdamiens playthingJul 16, 20161.0I've lived in New Salisbury for 4 years. I have avoided this post office as much as possible. One of the clerks in there is RUDE. She won't even ask if you prefer a shipping method...she only knows how to ship first class. She has over charged me a few times as well. She has argued with me over ebay addresses to the point I have to get my phone out and physically show her it's correct. Whoever sorts the mail there, CAN NOT READ. They LOST my electric bill, They LOST 2 other bills after that. They deliver MY packages to other houses on my street. Thank god I have honest neighbors. I mean these people make $20 an hr and can't even do their job. I make $10 and slapped with a bunch of late fees thanks to them for losing my bills. This post office might as well be ran by minions.
