Whoever is the Young woman with the long braids that jumped on the register to assist customers today on 9/23 really needs to work on her Customer Service skills. All she said was “next Customer” didn’t even bother to greet me properly or ask how are you doing as you would in Customer Service. Then as I’m proceeding to check out as I ordered custom-made stickers, the young woman had an attitude and asked “why did she send you over here” where I proceeded to reply with “the young lady at the printing desk sent me here to check out”. She then asks the young lady, Sam, who is handling the printing counter, “why would you send her over here” and “don’t send anymore customers because we are extremely busy”. She was rude to me and she was rude to her own co-worker. Her attitude was rude from the jump, she made me feel extremely unwelcome by that comment, and I don’t appreciate that kind of attitude especially considering I handle a lot of my business needs at this particular location. While I understand there were customers being waited on at the returns desk, and the two check out lines, there was no need for that comment. As soon as I was given my receipt, I will admit I did snatch the receipt but it did not cause any force. The young woman then had the nerve to comment on my attitude and said “you almost took my arm off” when it was nowhere near to that extreme. Maybe if you are nicer to customers and have a better attitude, you will not receive that kind of treatment back. Remember, treat others how you want to be treated.

I would give it 5 stars but their Amazon Return customer service sucks. I'm still fighting for a refund that I dropped off there and somehow didn't process correctly. Went yesterday and Lady at desk took so long taking care of a call vs helping those in line.
