  I used to work with people ready as a means to be able to have work on the side but I no longer do because I had an experience with a customer that they were working with in Muncie due to the fact that they do not supply their own supervisor to watch over their workers some employers think that they can treat their temps any type of way and get away with it due to this I am no longer working for people ready by choice irregardless if they terminated me or whatever I don't care I'm not going to sit there and deal with irrational workers who don't know what they're doing half the time and perform at my best the whole time doing my job while others slack off and get paid to sit there there is no work ethic required at all you just show up in half ass the job like everybody else does and get paid the fact that I personally had to resolve an issue and I was told after dealing with said issue that I was going to be suspended for discrimination that happened to me is absolutely unforgivable and I refuse to enable it and let it happen again irregardless if I'm working for a company or not and I'm a temp or not it's not okay to treat people in a negative way and expect them to perform well at work you cannot treat people like that and expect to get the job done that's not how this works professionalism requires that you leave all that at home if you can't remain calm and professional at work you don't need to be at work I've seen people get fired for not doing the right thing and refusing to do their job at the best of their ability and follow protocol before and some people aren't doing their job right but i know my worth and what I'm capable of and I didn't deserve that so I'll work for some other temp agency

  Applied way back around the first of Feb. Have never been sent to work, either by calling in or using job stack. I guess if you're already in a bad money situation and in the process of losing everything they consider you a bad risk and don't send you to jobs.
