- JBJohn BalesAug 14, 20261.0The inside ladies are great. My regular mail carrier is great. The back up mail carrier tattooed lady is terrible. One day delivered the mail in the truck delivered to my two neighbors missed my house with mail that needed to be picked up. 3 weeks 8n a row when she does the route on Westwood drive i do not get mail nor does she pick it. Have complained to the office in Mooresville but she still does. She is terrible incompetent and i wish they would keep off my street when the regular carrier is off.

It was my first time returning something to the USPS and she was talking to me like I was stupid. I did not appreciate it at all and another customer apologized on her behalf for me because she was speaking so rudely to me.
