- AMAbsolute Chad (MistehChad)Jul 9, 20261.0The first time I ever called was answered by a rude lady named Betty. She seemed upset that I called and asked about package. She said she would call someone but when I called her back she never DID. And now my calls never get answered. This place is a mess and honestly makes me upset as they have also put packages at wrong houses even though I keep telling them MY address. Such a shame.
- DSDavid SApr 7, 20261.0The US post office is one of the most unorganized establishments to deal with. Every time I order a package and it gets shipped USPS, you know it won’t be delivered on time. I have been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd, it is now the 7th with no explanation of where it is. Just says it may be arriving late. same message I got the last time I used USPS for shipping. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady that runs the chalmers area for them likes to skip mailboxes for the dumbest reasons. If you can use FEDEX or UPS, by all means do. The USPS will just lose/misplace your package and lie about it with attitude.

- KOK- OHSJan 4, 20181.0LOUSY SERVICE. Wrong mail in my box frequently. Packages FORCED into mailbox that you can't hardly remove. Delivery TOO lazy to leave on doorstep. What happened to this American Institution? Maybe they should check with Fedex and UPS regarding customer service!
