Victoria has been dealing with our mail issues the last few weeks everytime she calls it's "we will talk to them" "we will get it all figured out for you" only to wake up this morning to my items being refunded to people because YOUR POSTAL WORKER REFUSES TO SCAN MY PACKAGES IN!!!! Im not sure who the one in the black jeep is that fills in for Bobby, but he does an ABSOLUTE CRAP JOB. If our packages are not in the mail box he wont take them, Bobby has had to turn around and come all the way back out to our house because the guy in the black jeep refuses to pick up, and when he does HE DOESNT SCAN ANYTHING. We had an item from our shop refunded this morning, because it hasnt been scanned in and was shipped out 10 days ago. Who is responsible for the money taken out of my account for a refund when the item is in YOUR CARE?? Your costing us money and products because you wont do the job correctly! Its the SAME arguement every couple of weeks and its getting to the point IM getting frustrated and will start reaching out to higher ups until my packages are PICKED UP, AND SCANNED IN. that package went out last friday. Still HAS NOT BEEN SCANNED IN. Do you know what happens when you ship something for a customer, and 2 weeks later it still shows it hasnt moved? YOUR COSTING US MONEY BECAUSE YOU WONT DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY, WICH WE PAY FOR YOU TO DO. so now we are out money for postal workers that wont do their job, AND money from items we are shipping out. Im BEYOND frustrated.

Said they would start delivering them. Now have another held slip. They want proof again. Would give 0 stars if I could. I have to keep taking off work to go get them.
