- HKHayden KindigJun 26, 20261.0Went in to pick up a package today that said it was at the Mishawaka location. Scheduled for delivery today, but instead they changed it for tomorrow. Didn’t think it was an issue and I’d just run in to the post office after work and grab the package so it wasn’t sitting on the porch the entire day while I’m not home tomorrow. I’ve done it before and have been able to pick up a package that’s scheduled for delivery but running late, but today the lady at the counter seemed like she instantly didn’t want to help me. Asked for my ID and tracking number, then proceeded to look at me like I wasn’t the man on my state issued drivers license, and told me that it would be delivered tomorrow and I couldn’t pick it up today. I explained the situation to her about how I’ve had porch pirates come by in the past when a package is sitting on the porch for more than a few hours, but I guess she didn’t care. Not too sure what her deal was but I’ve been in there before and picked up packages that are scheduled for delivery the next day. Never seemed to be an issue, and the last two or three times I did that she was the same person that helped me at the counter.

I went down to the Mishawaka Post Office and asked someone 3 different occasions and the same answer was given to me be patient. This is total crap. I cannot believe that I have not received any mail and also a package was delivered and I don't know where it is. The post office is absolutely horrible
