    Normally I do not have issues with this location, but this time, the person helping me was so incredibly rude that it was shocking. I asked if she could please print my label because I misunderstood the Amazon return instructions and first went to the wrong place and secondly, I didn’t want to have to come back. She explained she would have to charge $3, super overpriced but I was totally willing to pay it. Didn’t even hesitate. She begrudgingly printed my label and I asked if I could have any help with the package or at least a cart. It was a large box of heavy wood furniture. She refused and then said she was already printing my label (that I paid for). Luckily a friend arrived at the same time and graciously offered to help me. When I left to get the package, the staff said rudely that she was coming to help (never actually agreed to it out loud though) and I politely said my friend was going to help and she could just stay there. We carried the box in and she was then mad that it needed more tape. I had taped it but it honestly didn’t hold as heavy as it was. The whole exchange was just so rude and ridiculous. Sorry that you have so many packages at your shipping store. And sorry I couldn’t lift a package clearly marked a two person lift by the manufacturer and I couldn’t make arrangements to bring a family member to help me. Sorry to put you out when this is your job. And get a cart! I can’t be the only person with either one heavy package or multiple packages that require many trips. I am going to find another UPS store.

    This store is usually fine with no issues but today’s experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was on line and the associate named Hira just leaned back again the desk and stared at me up and down with her arms folded - she didn’t seem to be taking customers so I waited. When the lady in front of me was done, I went up to the other associate who was super helpful. Lo and behold, Hira was taking customers after all as she called up the people behind me. Maybe she has a preference for a certain group of people she’d like to help. I’m not sure but that was weird and just bad customer service.

    I called this location regarding a package issue and was extremely concerned because I had just learned that if a parcel is not picked up within a certain timeframe, UPS may return it to the sender. I completely understand that the employee I spoke with may not be responsible for package deliveries. However, what was frustrating was the complete lack of assistance or guidance. When I explained the situation, I was simply told, “I don’t deal with deliveries, so I can’t help you.” As a customer, I wasn’t expecting her to solve the issue herself. I was hoping for basic customer service, such as providing a phone number, directing me to the appropriate department, speaking with a manager, or offering any next steps. Instead, I was left with no information and no direction. I later called back and spoke with someone named Eustace. I’m not sure if that was the original employee or not, but my experience remained the same. Again, I fully understand that package handling may not be part of her role, but the inability to provide any assistance whatsoever was disappointing. The lack of customer service and willingness to help was honestly shocking. Customers don’t always need an immediate solution, but they do need someone willing to point them in the right direction.
