Lisa the postmaster is the most unhelpful woman I have ever spoke to. No wonder the USPS is failing and in court. My carrier broke my mailbox by cramming a package way too big in the mail box door rather than walking it to the house, so I called over the course of 5 days and got them to answer 2 times just to be told the carrier said she didn't break it so they wont fix it. Apparently the time limit is the same day to report something even though we were out of town and they don't answer their phones. Of course they are going to listen to their employee, not the customer who pays for the mail. She said it was wear and tear but the mailbox only broke after that day. Coincidence I guess. Horrible staff. Drive to Brownsburg to have them help with mail.

These people can't even be trusted to deliver your things to the correct mailbox. Very unhappy with this place. Then you can't even get ahold of anyone to come out and fix tge issue. Next day maybe after your things end up stolen or lost. 👎
