- JBJJ BellOak2 days ago3.0Long lines in afternoon..no opportunity to drop off prepaid packages like every post office in the tri-state. FYI AIRPORT POST OFFICE 15 minutes away. It is on dead end road by car rental lots off Donaldson Road. USPS AMF BRANCH open 11 to 7 Monday - Friday 12 to 6 Saturday’s closed 2 to 3 for lunch daily. The gentleman that works there is so friendly and helpful. No lines usually only customer, lol.

- CGChuck GrubbsJan 28, 20261.0Granted the whole area (Lawrenceburg/Bright, Indiana) had a major snow event from late Saturday Afternoon, January 23, 2026 thru Monday Noon, January 26, 2026; but by later that afternoon, Monday Afternoon, roads had been cleared and RED ALERTS LIFTED!! It is now Wednesday Afternoon 1615 and I haven't heard/seen/nor have had ANY mail delivered to my place of residency. What gives? What is the problem, USPS? Called the Lawrenceburg Post Office and talked to a person named Ryan. Asked him Why No Mail Delivery and he said "It was Driver's Discretion as to the Road Conditions if They Would Deliver Mail or Not!" The Road has been cleared and Mail Boxes Are Easily Accessible, BECAUSE I CLEANED/CLEARED IT MYSELF......MONDAY MORNING, JANUARY 26, 2026.

I accidently showed the wrong QR code as I just returned 5 other packages to UPS. So my apologies for showing the wrong one. But she made me feel pretty stupid she says that says ups we are USPS no duh I know where the heck im at . Just left UPS there genius. Then she tells me I need a box then points behind me I said what size her response "idk" then I grab a envelope instead I said Do you think this will fit?" Her response "idk" . Next question I should of asked but didnt. Then why the hell are you working here if u cant help me . You just there to push buttons and say IDK . then as im leaving she was so kind to the gentleman behind me . So her judging me showed like a damn rainbow today. Do better learn how to treat ALL CUSTOMERS EQUALLY
