  I gave the rating because how nice the young ladies are at that specific location. Very professional when making sure I get what I needed done & explaining details of packages I ship. Regarding the couple people who left bad reviews. The data speaks for itself: with an overwhelming majority of 4 and 5-star ratings, the positive feedback heavily outweighs the negative. It is clear that the few poor reviews are driven by an entitled, self-centered mindset. These individuals choose to be rude and ignorant, aggressively trying to dictate how the UPS professionals should do their jobs simply because they didn't get their way. Throwing a tantrum when a business follows protocol instead of catering to unrealistic demands is immature and petty, and it does not reflect the actual quality of service this store consistently provides to the community. Note: Those complaining about the staff possibly being rude need to understand even IF they was rude do you think it ok to be rude back? How old are you people? If someone is rude to you then you dont sink to their level and be rude to. Yall need to learn about what grace & forgiveness is compared to being petty, rude & spiteful. Its called the Holy Bible & I recommend the NIV translation. Also these days people are so sensitive and cry about anything. Its very possible that you just misunderstood the staffing responses.

  I wanted you to buy a bag from them because they got to put a label on the box got to love the way they force you into upgrades!!

  This store used to have great employees who were very knowledgeable. But today I went in and brought a USPS return which I have done many many times. The girl said “we have to charge $2.50 for ups labels now” I said okay that’s fine. Well after I paid and she labeled it she handed it back to me. I was like what? She said “you have to bring it to usps now.” I said “ excuse me?” She then proceeded to tell me that they can’t send usps items anymore. Okay well would have been nice to know before I wasted my time buying a label with you!! Why would I pay for a label somewhere that isn’t even going to send my return? Extremely disappointed in this locations decline in customer service
