My mail box is at the top of my court no curb. My husband works construction his trailer and truck stuck out just a little. So after our mail lady had been delivering our mail for several months with the new truck decided she was not going to deliver our mail. Made a complaint and she lied because she drove up to our mail box to put the note in it that we were blocking her. So like pulling teeth we were told to move the mail box and guide lines are 15 feet on each side so we moved the mail box 15 feet on each side. She still won't deliver our mail and no one at the post office will help get this done. She is rude and nasty. My son and I are disabled so I found out if we get the doctor to state that now she will have to get out of her truck and bring it to the door. Still have to drive out to get my mail about 3 weeks now.Horrible service from supervisor to mail lady. I have been there filled out a complaint and on the phone. Do your job!

an easy one star for me. the location is good, the employees have always been nice and everything about this spot is what I could ask for. the USPS in general is the worst postal service in America with an almost 90% rate of being late with my packages or having them not delivered at all or the packages and items in them are damaged beyond use

Hate giving 1 star, should be ZERO STARS!!! Absolute worst post office I've ever visited in three different states. There's always a wait, always understaffed, the employee's look like they're on suicide watch. I actual never get to the front because I give up after waiting in a line that barely moves .. life's to short...go somewhere else.

*sigh* I am quite tired of dealing with this post office. My packages randomly disappear and it’s affecting my business. A lot of my product has disappeared, I’ve lost a lot of money, and the postal workers are hardly any help in the situation. My driver never scans the packages when they are picked up with pickup request and they don’t get scanned here and just disappear. USPS has denied my claims based on “no initial scan”. Any manger here or higher up is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. It basically feels like theft and nobody is held accountable. The other reviews are correct as well, there’s only ever 2 people up front and a long line out the door of people.

The acceptance scan has been skipped for every package I’ve dropped off in the last month (20+). The drop box is jammed half of the time and there’s no one to go fix it, so they just have you place the packages on the counter. One of my packages was lost in this process. Not an accessible place. The second door to the entrance’s automatic feature is broken and has been breaking for months, and there’s no handle on the door. I understand funds are tight, but surely that door could be propped open if funds don’t allow for repair. There’s usually only 1-2 people at the counter with long lines and no seating for disabled patrons. Most of the staff are kind and helpful, but I’ve had horrible experiences with one employee multiple times. When I came in she was gossiping about the customer who came in before I did, and when I left, I heard her gossiping about me to the other person at the counter.
