  I went in to make a return and the manager Penny, was very rude and acted like I was bothering her and talking to me like I was stupid or un educated. She was also very rude to the associate that was trying to help me. I work in retail as a manager and she was very unprofessional

  I made an online printing order for pickup the previous day then went to the store the following afternoon. I didn't realize I would have received a notification to pickup my order so accidentally arrived before it was done. The printing area for pickup was easy to find. Despite being very busy with packages (next to the printing area and line was almost to the door) and understaffed, they were kind, quickly found my order, and printed it in 10 minutes! I just walked around the store and trialed some really comfy chairs while I waited.
