- RDr. dennisJul 2, 20261.0I went in this store a Monday evening around 6:30 pm. The staff person on duty was obviously in a hurry to close up the shop. Instead of her taking literally 1 minute to print the two PDF documents I had emailed to their location, she was rude and told me I would have to pay $5 because the PDF I emailed included a label for one of their competitors. First I had selected UPS instead of a fed ex for my eBay label by accident however, why would they penalize me by charging me a $5 surcharge to print a single black and white PDF document?? So it goes up from 25 cents to $5 because the clerk looked and saw my document had something referencing UPS?? What business is it of theirs and why don't they advertise copies are only a quarter unless they don't like what you print then it's $5??? Totally unbelievable and such a bait and switch to customers like myself. Additionally, the clerk had a patronizing air and was very unfriendly. What a shame! I will go to staples in the future. Such a disappointment!

It’s usually my preferred company as ups has tended to damage my packages however about 20 mins ago I got a packaged delivered that was already opened. The company my package is from has their own personalized tape with the company name on it & it seems that someone tried to re-tape the package with clear tape after opening it. One of the boxes from my items is also torn showing that someone tried to look inside more than likely to see if my car part would fit their car & then stole a piece from my package that I will need to fix my car so I’ll now have to go out & buy it at the store again when I already spent money purchasing everything as a set. To say i’m disappointed & extremely irritated by this is an understatement.
