  I had an Amazon return. I walked up to the counter and there were two employees talking. One barely acknowledged me. No hello, know how are you? Nothing remotely related to customer service. Then, she started taking my Amazon returns. A couple came up behind me and she asked them if they had an Amazon return. She said no she had to print something. Instead of saying, I'll be with you in just one moment she started asking her what she needed printed. Then she went to grab a slip.... I'm beginning to think I'm inconveniencing her. She then proceeded to talk to the couple about that they can use the self-service. Then the customer asked about stickers. She kept answering all their questions. If it's self-service, it should be self-service and the customer service person should be helping me and not them. I said something. She looked at me as though I was crazy. She said I can do two things at once. Well, she might be able to do two things at once but is it the right customer service thing to do two things at once? The customer continue to ask questions and the employee continue to answer. Here's a thought.... Finish with one customer who only has three items before you help someone you sent off to a self-service kiosk. And if you're going to be snippy, you might not be in the right profession. Now, if I need ink cartridges, toner, were any other Staples product do you think I'm going to go back there? Nope! Customer service goes a long way.... There's too much competition out there to not get it right. Incidentally, there are two gentlemen who worked there and are always very friendly and knowledgeable. This girl should get some individual training from them.

  Staples printing services are underrated, you can get so much great quality custom items and there are almost always coupons.

  Horrible customer service in the return area. The woman yelled something about Amazon orders at me the minute she saw me. No "Hi welcome to Staples". I know she had a lot of other items to package and seemed overwhelmed with her job but that doesn't give her the right to be rude. Decided not to even do the return at Staples and went to Ulta instead. Definitely would not go back in there for anything. No wonder Staples stores are struggling. When you're treated that way it doesn't make you want to shop there. Ulta even gave me a 5 dollar off coupon and their associate was so helpful and kind.

  My first experience here as well as first experience West self-serve service center and Dropbox. The one guy working the service center and maybe the whole store was straight rude! Sunday May 3rd 3:30 p.m. 2026.... Just saying 🥴
