What really ticks me off is having a package that my Informed Delivery indicates has been delivered, only to find out that it is not available. It happens way too many times.
- CRChrystal RaymondApr 18, 20235.0Michelle is awesome. That's the only reason for the five star review. The new clerk needs to be a little better trained. The new clerk needs to STOP sending packages and other mail back to the senders. There are times that we get mail that can't be delivered to a PO box number and we have no choice but to put our house address on there. It's almost like a punishment to those who have to have a PO box number. There's enough people that live in town to set up delivery to the houses.
