- ACAlexis CarrionAug 18, 20265.0I want to specifically recognize Duane, the manager, for going above and beyond to help me with a very frustrating package situation. My package had been looping for an extended period of time because an incorrect ZIP code had been placed on the tracking information by another post office, and I was having a really difficult time getting it resolved. Duane took the time to actually look into what was happening and personally helped make sure I was finally able to get my package. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and proactive throughout the situation. After dealing with the issue for so long, it meant so much to have a manager who genuinely cared about helping me find a solution instead of simply passing the problem along. His customer service truly stood out, and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help me. Duane is an excellent manager and absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond for a customer. Thank you so much!

I filed a Missing Mail Search, but I’ve still received no information. The package contained an irreplaceable antique family photograph. This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. This location needs to be investigated considering they have been all over the news for this same reason.
