- ZBZach Bayless3 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment for today and received a phone call this morning that my appointment was cancelled and that, for reasons that aren't really clear, I cannot reschedule at this location, despite this location offering the services I need. Don't even get me started on what an absolute nightmare it is trying to call a location directly or deal with their god-awful automated phone service

- BSbill smithMay 21, 20265.0I call it like it is. Long ago this branch was lacking. Recently I spoke w Yvonne; she returned my call promptly regarding an issue and indicated it would be addressed. In closing, she indicated I could call direct to address issues. A+++ This morning I needed to reject a package but was not clear on the procedure; could they "reject" before delivery or was it a case of leaving a note for the next day saying rejected and the carrier would take it back. Yvonne is off today and I spoke to Q. He indicated he could put a note in for the carrier and yes, just having the package out with a note as "rejected" was the way to go since I may not be here on delivery. A+++ again. Great job both Yvonne and Q!!!
