- GKGeee KAug 11, 20261.0They are not customer service ornate! Don't ever answer any phone calls don't have answearing service on so they can get back to you ! Never willing to help when they say they delivered your package when you have your front door open so that you receive your package ? But will lie and say it's in your mail box when it's a big package that can't fit in the .mail box! Can't get answears because they refuse to answer the work phone !!! Unprofessional unhelpful just pure nasty location. I want my money back from undelivered packages in constant tracking informations...gk

- LBLay BJun 18, 20261.0Very rude employees. I don’t usually ship packages out, so I already knew this would be confusing for me. I purchased a bridesmaid dress and needed to return it, so I went to USPS. When I arrived, I got in line for assistance. Instead of helping me, I was told to place my package in the drop box on the wall, so I did and left. A few weeks later, I still had no shipping notification. I went back to ask about my package, and the same employee told me, “It’s gone, you’ll never see that again.” This was the same person who originally directed me to use the drop box. Looking back, I now see there were instructions on the wall explaining a three-step self-service process, but I wasn’t guided through any of that. Now I may not be able to get my return or refund for the dress. If a customer is already standing in line for assistance, staff should first ask whether they understand the self-service process instead of simply directing them to use the drop box.
