- NNNyaJun 18, 20261.0I barely write reviews however there was this one worker (a man with a facial scar) who was extremely disrespectful to my dad who is trying to learn English. During our interaction, the employee mocked my father’s question, became upset when my father accidentally got into the wrong line, and aggressively asked whether he could read. My father was simply trying to understand the process and communicate as best he could. Language barriers can make communication difficult but every customer should be treated with respect. No matter what type of day, workers should not take their frustration out on people. This Interaction was extremely disrespectful.
