- JLJosh LopezAug 26, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I usually go out of my way to come to this location, but my interaction with Toni was extremely unprofessional. She rolled her eyes, scoffed, and had a very obvious negative attitude from the moment I approached the counter. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of attitude when they’re simply trying to get their business taken care of. I also felt like I was judged almost immediately, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. I’ve had much better experiences with the other employees here, so this really stood out to me. I hope management addresses the customer service because this is not the level of professionalism I expect from USPS.
