Have her my address, ID, and even a tracking number. She wouldn’t help at all. She was very rude and told me this isn’t her problem. She argues with me about my tracking number not being USPS when it was in fact USPS. Wouldn’t run my tracking numbers. Wouldn’t look for our mail. We’re going on our third week with no packages or regular mail.
