The second I asked for something specific, the employee suddenly remembered she needed to go on break. The fingerprinting machine was broken too; and this was the second USPS office where that device was out of service.

I forgot to take my earbud out for the picture and no one mentioned it to me so now I have to print one myself and send it in, so what was the point of paying the fee to have them do it for me? Safe to say I'll never use this post office again.
