- MMMJun 1, 20261.0The WORST post office I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. Laziest and rudest postal employees. All act entitled and they get away with treating you any way they want. If they like you, it’s because you act like one of them. Line is always a mile long. They need a self service machine in there. Seriously can drive to the Castleton post office, print your own label, have it in the bin, and be on your way back by the time you are the next person in line at Oaklandon. FFS

- NSNas SmithApr 10, 20261.0Consistently missing mail or is delivered extremely late. Nothing that should arrive in 5-7 or 10 business days comes. Companies are asking to inquire with USPS. Consistently deliver the wrong mail and does not pick up a return mail that does not belong to you. Mail times change everyday. Hard to get in contact with and the Oaklandon location specifically has their phone off so you can't contact anyone. I've came up there several times and they don't even look for my mail. No way several companies have this issue, it's only been the last year since I've moved here. Terrible service, terrible workers, terrible experiences, has been a horrible adjustment. They don't the in your change of addresses either , so go in office to do it. I wish they would close this location down! I understand exactly why they say this service will be going out of business. It's useless when your employees are so used to playing with each other and around instead of doing the work.
