- PHPaula Haro6 days ago1.0It's the worst service ever, I sent a package 1 month ago, the lady who attended us was so rude, she didn't explain anything and made me lose a lot of time redoing the things cause She didn't want to explain me well since the beginning, horrible attitude, it's 1 month and the package didn't arrive yet, looks like it's stuck in another country but the office doesn't know where cause their system doesn't show any address so they just delivered a big package in nowhere, so I came back to ask at least which office is the package now so I can call and see what it's happening, the same lady who "helped" with the shipping attended me again, same attitude, she didn't even try to help, her manager I guess help and was more helpful, I couldn't fix anything, 500$ in delivery and they gave me this attention, worst experience, People DON'T WASTE your time or your money, go to another agency or company, they don't care at all.

- HSHeather SNov 29, 20251.0I went in on Black Friday to purchase post card stamps and was told they didn't have any, but I could bring the postcards in and mail them at post card rate. I went in with postcards the Saturday after Thanksgiving and they said they can't mail them at postcard rate because they don't have postcard stamps, but they agreed the post card rate is 61 cents. I am pretty sure post offices print mailing labels, and if the employees knew how, they could get the computer to print a post card mailing label. Ridiculous to not be able to post mail at the published rate due to the blatant incompetence of the post office. Also, the Cumberland post office consistently doesn't hold mail correctly; they either don't hold mail at all or don't deliver held mail per the hold mail request. Multiple formal complaints have not resolved this issue. This post office used to provide excellent service but has really gone downhill over the past 3 years.
