Despite having signs everywhere that read “you’re responsible for the attitude you bring in here”, this staff is rude, unhelpful, and uncaring, regardless of how upbeat or kind you are. I had treasury documents that needed to be delivered by a certain date. I mailed them with certified and first class mail, and not their fault, they still haven’t been delivered. However when I went in to ask about it, the lady coldly told me they can’t help me at all and I shouldn’t have picked that option—a week and a half after I mailed them. Do better.
