- FOFrange OseJun 11, 20261.0I recently visited this post office to apply for a passport for my newborn, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The young employee who assisted us was rude, unprofessional, and condescending throughout the entire appointment. Instead of providing clear guidance and customer service, they spoke to us in a dismissive manner and made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful. Applying for a passport for a newborn can already be overwhelming for new parents, and we expected patience, professionalism, and respect. Sadly, none of those qualities were demonstrated during our visit. Customer service is a critical part of any public-facing role, especially when dealing with families and important documents. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional training to ensure future customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I have had to deal with her for the past two years because part of my job is sending off certificate of mail (which she has never been able to remember how to do and then treats me as an inconvenience for not knowing how to do her job) and she has never changed. I have watched her be grossly disrespectful to other customers as well. I will be going out of my way in the future to go to a post office that has expectations of their employees to treat others with respect and know how to execute their job duties. Mona, life is too short to be so miserable!!
