I honestly have no idea how the USPS is still in service at least to deliver packages or why UPS transfers their deliveries over to USPS because the USPS sucks at deliveries, at least our postal carrier does; he needs to be fired. Our postal carrier has failed to deliver our packages to our unit on multiple ocassions. Luckily in the past, other tenants have brought our packages to us, but in this instance, a $200 set of sheets was delivered again to the wrong unit and this time, no one has brought our package to us. You all get paid far too much to be making ridiculous mistakes like this and it is outrageous that there is no way to contact anyone about this because every time I try to report it, you just tell me to contact the original seller. YOU delivered my package to the wrong address, YOU and your incompetent postal carriers need to be held responsible.

I dropped off 2 packages at this location May 14 and both of them never scanned or updated tracking after that. Would avoid this post office and use the one in Nora instead.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this USPS location today. The supervisor on duty acted in a way that I found both unprofessional and concerning. I politely requested to take a quick photo of my own envelope after postage was applied, solely to document the tracking number and the condition of the mailing. I was denied this request and told that it was “against the rules,” without any clear explanation or reference to an actual policy. To my understanding, a post office is a public-facing federal facility, and customers should not be arbitrarily restricted from photographing their own property—especially when it does not interfere with operations or violate anyone’s privacy. The manner in which this was handled felt excessive and dismissive. This situation reflects either a misunderstanding of customer rights or a lack of proper training. I strongly recommend that this supervisor receive additional training on USPS policies, customer interaction, and the balance between security and public rights. Situations like this erode trust and create unnecessary conflict. USPS plays a critical role in public service, and interactions like this should reflect professionalism, clarity, and respect—not confusion and restriction. Very disappointing experience.
