- DBDarrell BirdwellJun 28, 20261.0Had passport photo appointment. No agent arrived for work. No notification prior to appointment time. Huge waste of time. Just go to CVS for passport photo, and complete the application online. No appointment needed.

The lady with glasses at the service desk was rude and had an attitude when I asked for help. Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case during my visit time. I hope this issue can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect.

Absolutely ridiculous. Then when the majority of us asked for the manager she took long getting out to help or talk to any of us. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Next time I’ll just drive 30 minutes to a better location than waiting standing in line for 30 minutes!
