- STSteve TrotzJul 25, 20261.0We arrived at 9:57 for our 10 am passport appointment. No one was at the desk, the lady at the front said she wouldn't help us. By the time she spoke to us it was 10:03. She rudely informed us you have to reschedule. There's a 5 min grace period. Very convenient for her to waist 5 minutes so she didn't have to help us. This is important. Most businesses done at the post office is time sensitive. I will drive to another post office from now on.
